Summary
This study tests a drug called satralizumab in 20 adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) who have high levels of the inflammatory marker IL-6 and haven't responded well to standard treatments. The main goal is to see if the drug improves blood flow in the lungs over 24 weeks. This is an early-phase trial focused on safety and effectiveness.
