Summary
This study is testing whether drinking Saskatoon berry juice can help muscles recover faster after hard exercise. Researchers will give 30 healthy young adults either the berry juice or a placebo drink for 10 days. After a tough arm workout, they will measure changes in muscle strength, swelling, and soreness to see if the berry group recovers better.
