Can a berry juice cure your Post-Workout soreness?

Summary

This study is testing whether drinking Saskatoon berry juice can help muscles recover faster after a tough workout. Researchers will give 30 healthy adults either the berry juice or a placebo drink for 10 days. After a session of intense arm exercises, they will measure muscle strength, swelling, and soreness to see if the juice helps.
