Summary
This early-stage study looks at how the experimental drug saruparib affects other medications in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. About 41 participants will take saruparib along with common drugs to measure changes in drug levels in the blood. The goal is to gather safety and dosing information, not to treat the cancer directly.
