Summary
This study is for people with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) who completed a previous trial of the drug saroglitazar. It aims to see how safe the drug is over a longer period and whether it helps control the disease. About 102 participants will receive the drug and be monitored for side effects and liver function improvements.
