Summary
This study aims to find out how common muscle loss (sarcopenia) is in people aged 60 and older who have had type 2 diabetes for at least 5 years. Researchers will use ultrasound and grip strength tests to measure muscle health and a questionnaire to see how muscle loss affects quality of life. The goal is to better understand the link between diabetes and muscle decline.
