NCT ID NCT07580144
First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study watches how sarcopenia (muscle loss) and frailty affect the way a muscle relaxant called rocuronium works in older patients having planned surgery. About 100 people aged 65 and older will take part. The goal is to learn if these conditions change how fast the drug works and how long it lasts, which could help doctors give safer anesthesia.
