Summary

This study compares two types of needles used during a lung ultrasound procedure to collect tissue samples from swollen lymph nodes. The goal is to see which needle provides better samples for diagnosing sarcoidosis, a condition that causes inflammation. About 128 adults with suspected sarcoidosis will take part to help improve diagnostic accuracy.
