Summary

This study tests two drugs, sapanisertib and cabozantinib, together in people with advanced liver cancer that has a specific genetic change (β-catenin mutation). The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can slow or stop tumor growth. About 92 participants will be enrolled across two phases.
