First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether a quick urine sodium measurement can help doctors better adjust diuretic doses for people with chronic heart failure. About 300 participants will be assigned to either urine-guided treatment or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach improves congestion, reduces hospitalizations, and is easy to use in daily practice.
