NCT ID NCT06955039

First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looked at whether doing foot exercises on sand helps children aged 6-11 with pronated feet (flat feet). Twenty children were split into two groups: one did towel curls on sand, the other did towel curls only. After 8 weeks, researchers measured foot posture, arch height, and balance. The goal was to see if sand training offers extra benefits for foot health.
