Summary
This study compares same-day discharge versus overnight hospital stay for people with uncomplicated appendicitis who have keyhole surgery. It aims to see if going home the same day is just as safe and leads to fewer complications within 30 days. About 1,400 participants aged 15-74 with mild appendicitis will be enrolled.
