NCT ID NCT03029806

First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at how eating salt changes the way our genes control blood pressure. Researchers will test 88 healthy adults aged 25-45 to see how their bodies respond to salt and a hormone called angiotensin II. The goal is to understand why some people are more sensitive to salt, which could lead to better ways to prevent high blood pressure.
