Summary
This study looks at how eating salt affects gut health in people with Crohn's disease. Researchers want to see if more salt increases protein breakdown in the gut and worsens inflammation and symptoms. The goal is to improve diet advice and create personalized nutrition plans for people with Crohn's. About 300 adults with Crohn's disease will participate.
