Summary
This study looks at saliva from people with Oculopharyngeal Muscular Dystrophy (OPMD) and their household members. Researchers want to see if swallowing problems affect oral health and if saliva thickness or certain chemicals can help detect the disease. About 100 participants will provide saliva samples and have their mouths checked.
