NCT ID NCT07392203
First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a daily saline-glycerin enema can help children with fecal incontinence (leaking stool) stay clean. About 30 children aged 3 to 16 with conditions like corrected anorectal malformation or Hirschsprung disease will use the enema once a day. The goal is to reduce or stop stool accidents, with success measured by the number of clean days.
