NCT ID NCT06575244

First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026

Summary

This pilot study tested whether a nurse-led community sailing program could improve resilience, self-esteem, and social functioning in school-aged children with autism. 36 children aged 7-12 participated, either in a 6-day sailing program or in craft activities. The study aimed to see if the program was feasible and had positive effects before a larger trial.
