Summary
This study tested two types of exercises—Sahrmann's and core stabilization—in 72 adults aged 20 to 60 with low back pain and a curved lower spine (lumbar lordosis). The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain and helps with daily activities. Participants did their assigned exercises and reported pain levels and disability using standard questionnaires.
