Summary
This study looks at the best ways to bring garden-based nutrition and physical activity programs to preschools. Researchers will compare four different approaches to see which is most effective, affordable, and easy to keep going. About 871 children, parents, and teachers will take part. The goal is to find practical strategies that help young children build healthy habits early in life.
