Summary
This study tested a new yellow fever vaccine called vYF to see if it is as safe as the current licensed vaccine (YF-VAX). A total of 640 healthy adults aged 18 to 60 received one shot of either vYF or YF-VAX. Researchers monitored side effects like pain, fever, and headache for about 6 months. The goal was to make sure the new vaccine is safe enough for wider use.
