Summary
This study tested a new yellow fever vaccine (vYF) to see if it is as safe as the current licensed vaccine (YF-VAX). A total of 640 healthy adults aged 18 to 60 received a single shot of either the new or the existing vaccine. Researchers monitored side effects like pain, fever, and headache for 6 months to compare safety between the two groups.
