Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine, PF-08065010, in 100 healthy adults aged 18-65 to check its safety and how the body processes it. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo as a shot or IV, with some getting a single dose and others monthly doses for 3 months. The results will help guide future studies in people with rheumatoid arthritis or lupus.
