New obesity drug enters first human safety trials

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new medicine called NNC6989-0001 to see if it is safe for healthy people who are overweight or have obesity. About 96 participants will receive either the study drug or a placebo (a dummy treatment) by chance. The main goal is to check for any side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
