Healthy people needed to test safety of experimental drug

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called LY3981314 in healthy volunteers to see if it is safe and how the body handles it. About 76 participants will receive a single injection under the skin and be monitored for up to 25 weeks. This is an early-stage trial, so there is no direct treatment benefit for participants.
