Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety of an experimental drug called EO2002, given as an injection into the eye, for people with corneal edema (swelling of the clear front part of the eye). The study includes 12 adults with corneal swelling caused by Fuchs' dystrophy or a condition after cataract surgery. The goal is to see if multiple injections are safe and tolerable, with or without an additional eye drop.
