New drug combo targets tough tumors in early trial

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug, [177Lu]Lu-OncoFAP-23, alone or with another drug (L19-IL2), in people with advanced solid tumors that have a protein called FAP. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose. About 56 adults whose cancer has worsened after standard treatments will take part.
