First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug called 177Lu-FF58, which delivers radiation directly to cancer cells that have specific markers (integrins). The goal was to check safety, find the right dose, and see if it shrinks tumors in people with advanced pancreatic, stomach, or brain cancer. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
