NCT ID NCT05233527

First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looked back at the medical records of 229 women who had an episiotomy (a cut to help with delivery) and were stitched up with a material called Novosyn® Quick. The goal was to see how often the wound opened up again or got infected. The study did not give any new treatment—it just reviewed what happened to these women after their delivery.
