Summary
This early study tests a new tube (cannula) designed to keep blood flowing to the leg during heart surgery that uses a heart-lung machine. The device is placed in the leg artery and aims to reduce the risk of leg complications. The study will include 15 adults and will monitor safety and side effects for 30 days after surgery.
