Summary
This study is testing a new combination of drugs given alongside a stem cell transplant to treat sickle cell disease. The goal is to make the transplant process safer and more effective, especially for patients who already have damage to organs like their heart, lungs, or kidneys. Researchers are enrolling patients aged 16 and older who have a family member that can donate stem cells.
