Summary

This study is testing whether using lower doses or processed versions of food allergens can help people with peanut, milk, or egg allergies build tolerance with fewer allergic reactions during treatment. Researchers will compare different oral immunotherapy approaches in 360 participants to find the safest and most effective methods. The goal is to make food allergy treatments more acceptable to both patients and doctors by reducing side effects.
