Summary
This study is testing whether using lower doses or processed versions of common food allergens can make oral immunotherapy safer while still effective. Researchers want to see if these modified approaches cause fewer allergic reactions during treatment while still helping people build tolerance to foods they're allergic to. The study includes 360 participants with peanut, milk, or egg allergies.
