Summary
This study tests whether educating primary care doctors about pain treatment guidelines and opioid risks leads to safer prescribing. Researchers will track changes in opioid prescriptions at 52 health centers in Stockholm. The goal is to reduce misuse and addiction by helping doctors prescribe opioids only when appropriate.
