Summary
This study works with 110 adults who have intellectual or developmental disabilities and receive support from their local community. The goal is to create better routines and digital tools to make sure they take the right medicines safely. Researchers will interview staff, doctors, and pharmacists, and review each person's medications to find and fix problems.
