Summary

This study works with 110 adults who have intellectual or developmental disabilities and receive care from a municipality in Norway. Researchers want to understand how medicines are currently used and find ways to make the process safer. They will review each person's medications, talk to staff and doctors, and design new routines to reduce errors and improve communication.
