Summary
This study tests if using a phone app called the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) can help adults who are in treatment for substance use and have a history of trauma. About 100 people will either use the real app or a fake version for up to 5 hours over a week. Researchers will check if the app reduces anxiety, stress, and trauma symptoms.
