Summary

This study tests whether a combination drug (sacubitril/allisartan) works better than the standard medicine amlodipine for lowering blood pressure in overweight or obese adults with high blood pressure. About 104 participants will take one of the two medicines for 8 weeks, and doctors will measure changes in blood pressure and safety. The goal is to find a more effective treatment option for this specific group.
