First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called sacituzumab tirumotecan in 30 people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has not responded to at least one prior treatment. The drug is given by IV every two weeks and aims to shrink tumors by targeting a protein called TROP-2 found on cancer cells. Researchers will measure how many patients see their tumors shrink and how long the benefit lasts, while also checking for side effects.
