New drug hope for rare throat and thyroid cancers

Summary

This study tests a drug called sacituzumab tirumotecan in 68 people whose adenoid cystic carcinoma (a rare salivary gland cancer) or papillary thyroid cancer has returned or spread. The drug is given by IV twice a month. The main goal is to see if tumors shrink. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
