New drug shows promise for Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary

This study tests a drug called sacituzumab govitecan in men with advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. The goal is to see if it can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 31 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will measure PSA levels and progression-free survival.
