Summary
This study tests a drug called Sac-TMT in 30 people with advanced thymic carcinoma that has worsened after platinum-based chemotherapy. Participants receive the drug every 2 weeks and have tumor scans every 6 weeks. The goal is to see how well the drug shrinks tumors and what side effects occur.
