New drug hope for rare thymic cancer after chemotherapy fails

Summary

This study tests a drug called Sac-TMT in 30 people with advanced thymic carcinoma that has worsened after platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and how safe it is. Participants receive the drug every two weeks and have scans every six weeks to check progress.
