New injection aims to tame chronic hepatitis b

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new injection called SA1211 in healthy people and those with chronic hepatitis B. The goal is to check if it is safe and tolerable, and to see early signs of whether it can help control the virus. About 80 participants will receive either the injection or a placebo.
