Summary

This study is testing a new drug called RVU120, both alone and combined with an existing medication (ruxolitinib), for adults with intermediate or high-risk myelofibrosis. The goal is to see if these treatments can reduce spleen size, improve symptoms, and control the disease in patients who haven't responded well to previous therapies. Researchers will measure how well the treatments work and monitor side effects over a year of follow-up.
