Summary

This study is testing a new drug, RVU120, given alone or with an existing drug (ruxolitinib), for adults with intermediate or high-risk myelofibrosis, a serious bone marrow cancer. The main goal is to see if the treatment can shrink enlarged spleens and improve symptoms in patients who haven't responded well to prior standard therapies. Researchers will measure how well the drug works and monitor its safety over time.
