First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding fostamatinib to the standard drug ruxolitinib is safe and effective for people with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) that does not respond well to steroids. cGVHD is a complication after a stem cell transplant where the donor cells attack the patient's body. About 30 adults will receive the combination to find the best dose and see if it helps control the disease.
