Summary
This study tests the drug ruxolitinib for people who developed bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS), a type of lung scarring, after a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the drug can improve lung function or prevent further decline. About 50 participants will take ruxolitinib for 3 months, and doctors will measure changes in their breathing tests.
