Summary
This study tests the drug ruxolitinib for people who developed a lung condition called Bronchiolitis Obliterans Syndrome after a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the drug can improve lung function and stop the disease from getting worse. About 50 participants are enrolled in this phase 2 trial.
