Summary
This study tested whether a type of electrical stimulation called Russian current can improve hand grip strength and daily hand function in people recovering from carpal tunnel release surgery. Fifty-two adults with hand weakness after surgery received the therapy. Researchers measured grip strength, wrist movement, and pain levels to see if the treatment helped recovery.
