This study looks at whether combining sprint and plyometric exercises (like jumps and sprints) is better than traditional strength training for improving speed, agility, and power in intermediate rugby players. About 64 athletes aged 18-25 with at least 2 years of training will take part. The goal is to find the most effective way to boost athletic performance.
